Nabil El Gohary holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cairo University and a Marketing & Sales Management Diploma from Cambridge. His professional career to date has combined a variety of Construction & Project Management experiences with the biggest private sector construction firms involved in large scale infra-structure projects in Egypt and Abroad. Nabil's experiences throughout his professional journey, include, Water & Sewage projects, Railways Infrastructure, Power Generation, GSM infrastructure and Turn Key Contracting.

With such a wealth of experience and a passion to bringing the highest standards to whatever feel he turns his hand to, Nabil established Standout Projects Development in 2005, which was established to set new standards in the real estate development industry. This was attained by the launch of Pyramid Hills, Standout PD’s flagship Project.

Due to the vast needs of exceptional standards in finishing and living infrastructure required for Standout’s Projects, Spectrum Engineering was established to support the numerous requirements that are needed to create super luxurious homes and buildings.

Gocom has been created to contain and facilitate the growth and development of these specialized companies, with a vision of creating value added investment within the Real Estate and Engineering Industry as a whole.
